Would you like to learn more but are not yet ready to make an appointment?  Attend one of our free seminars.  Bariatric seminars are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.  They are led by one of our skilled surgeons who will provide specific information on each procedure.  Nutritional and physical changes, as well as insurance certification will be discussed.  You will also have the opportunity to ask questions. 

Bariatric seminars are held at 6:00 pm at River Oaks Hospital.  If you are interested in attending a free bariatric seminar call us at 601-936-1170.  Seminar dates are as follows.

You also have the opportunity to attend a support group for patients who have undergone surgery.  This will give you firsthand information on what to expect from bariatric surgery.
